Having worked at some of the finest establishments in Provence, our chef Enzo Ciccarelli has settled at the Grand Hôtel d’Orange and taken the helm of the kitchens at the Aurasice restaurant. With a strong sense of authenticity when it comes to the products he works with, their production, and their environmental impact, he offers a short yet vibrant menu, where the full richness of the Vaucluse terroir is showcased.

Aurasice

Aurasice is the name of the fortress once located on the Saint Eutrope Hill. In the 12th century, while Tiburge, daughter of Count Raimbaud of Nice, was rebuilding the Roman walls of the city, she also rehabilitated the ancient 'castrum Aurasice.'

Aurasice is a tribute to the long and rich history of Orange, an emblematic city of Provence.

literie très confortable , propreté des chambres et des locaux wifi au top grande salle de bain bar dans la chambre et coffre fort le plus de notre chambre était une grande terrasse avec une table , 4 chaises et deux transats , le tout donnant sur une petite place ombragée et fermée à la circulation places de parking sur la placette(payantes) si manque de place un voiturier prend en charge votre véhicule piscine, 2 jacuzzis,une salle de sport tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour satisfaire à vos besoins restaurant en terrasse ,avec des prix tout à fait honnêtes au vue de la qualité situation géographique au top, vous êtes au centre sans les inconvénients du bruit
